Marialaya Organization has celebrated International Women’s day on 19th March, on the theme of “Gender Equality Today for a sustainable Tomorrow “for the year 2022. The Guest of honour were Mrs. Aswini Karna .B.E. Architect, the 196th ward counsellor, Kannagi Nagar. Mr. Karna, the former ward counsellor, the directress of Kannagi Nagar Marialaya Sr. Nirmala, and Fr. Edal Navis. The program began with prayer song, Sr.Jebamani presented annual report for the year 2021-2022 of Self-help group and followed by song, dance, and drama by our Self-help group women. Finally the Chief Guest and Sr.Nirmala distributed the prizes, gifts and refreshment to all the women.
